Fried Rice Recipe and Beef Dodo

Recipe/Ingredient:

Rice
Margarine or Vegetable oil
Onions
Green beans
Carrot
Green peas
Curry/Turmeric
Green pepper/Sweet pepper
Fresh tomatoes & pepper
Liver, washed, slice and boiled which you can still fry.
Salt to taste
Chilli powdered pepper/white pepper optional
Bouillon cube

Fried Rice Recipe and Beef Dodo

Preparation: 

Wash rice in hot water, put In a pot add water and cover it, add your turmeric/curry, thyme, chilli grounded pepper if you're using any and salt to taste, bring to a boiled.
Cook rice for 10_15 mins until water dries up and rice should not be over soft and set aside, which you can still used your stock from your parboiled beef to cooked rice.
Wash and chopped all veggies including your cooked liver and set aside.
In a large pot or pan on a medium heat, add the margarine or vegetable oil if you're using one, let it heat for some seconds, add chopped veggies including the chopped liver and stir fry for 2-3mins.
Add the cooked rice to the pan or add your stir veggies to the cooked rice in smaller quantity till well incorporated. Give it a nice mixed to combined and still taste for salt, ensure to cook for some minutes before dishing out.


For the Beef dodo

You will need, thyme, curry powder, bouillon cubes, mixed spices, dry herbs which included bay leaves, parsley and scent leaves and salt. Wash your meat either beef before marinating with the above ingredients ๐Ÿ‘†๐Ÿ‘†๐Ÿ‘†
Plantain
Leftover pepper sauce
Vegetable Oil for frying
Green beans and spring onions for garnishing


Procedure:

Wash the beef and marinate with the above ingredients, cook till its tender and set aside.
Peel and chop the plantains in cubes and fry till golden brown also before frying (Note, you can still chop beef in small portions before frying) set both aside.
In a small pan or pot heat up the stew, I used my leftover pepper sauce and pour in the fried beef.
Allow to simmer for 2mins, add the fried plantains, chopped green peas and spring onions
Stir to combine and allow to simmer for 2mins and its ready
